Where is this land located?

All of our inventory is in New Mexico and Florida.


Does this land have any utilities?

Unless indicated in the description, the rural properties we sell do not have utilities. Property descriptions will indicate the specifics about possibly putting in a well, septic, and electricity.


How do I purchase a property?

There are only 3 steps to purchasing a property from Lifetime Properties USA.

  1. Place a down payment. This can be done by contacting us through email or phone. Our down payments are first come, first serve so it’s best to contact us by phone.
  2. Choose your payment option. A property can either be purchased with a single payment cash sale OR monthly installments through our financing option. Once you have decided which option is best for you, paperwork will be drawn up for your signature and the down payment is needed.
  3. Property closing. Once the property is paid for in full, we transfer the property into your name. The new deed will be sent to the county for recording. That’s it – You are the proud new owner of the land!
